To request a product exchange or return, you must contact us via email at support@chateau-laurent.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the request.

Within 48 business hours, we will respond with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

  • If the product shows any signs of use, the return or exchange will not be accepted.

Important: If the request is not made within 7 days of delivery, the customer forfeits the right to return or exchange the item.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
Requests to cancel a purchase must be made within 24 hours after payment.

Product Eligibility Requirements for Returns or Exchanges

  • The product must show no signs of use.

  • It must include all original packaging and accessories.

  • The item must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or altered by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Once the order has entered the shipping process, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.
If the package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and the customer wishes to have it resent, the reshipping fee will be the customer’s responsibility.

Even in cases of free shipping promotions, any incorrect address entry that causes the item to return will require the customer to pay for the reshipping.

Delivery Issues or Lost Packages

In cases of delivery issues or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier, we will arrange a new shipment, and a new delivery timeframe will apply.
