General information

We ship all orders from our European logistics center within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
All deliveries across the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland are handled by trusted carriers such as DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, or equivalent, and include tracking for your convenience.

Estimated delivery time

Standard delivery time for all destinations:
👉 2 to 6 business days after dispatch.

This period includes:

  1. Order processing: 1 business day

  2. Transit time: 1–5 business days depending on the destination and carrier network

Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in both the origin and destination countries.

Shipping cut-off time

Orders placed before 13:00 (CET) are usually shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 13:00 (CET) are shipped the next business day.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs, duties & taxes

  • Inside the EU: No customs duties apply.

  • UK, Norway, Switzerland: Customs checks may slightly extend delivery times (usually 1–2 extra days).
    All applicable import duties or VAT are clearly shown at checkout, in compliance with local regulations.

Delays & maximum legal timeframe

If no specific delivery date was agreed, the order must be delivered within 30 days according to EU and UK consumer protection laws.
If this period is exceeded, you may set a new reasonable deadline or cancel the order for a full refund.
